In an effort to standardize tire sizing, the E.T.R.T.O.
(European Tyre and Rim Technical Organization) developed a standard method
for measuring tire dimensions that has been adopted by most major tire manufacturers.
It includes two numbers: the first is the width of the tire in millimeters and the
second is the diameter of the rim (also in millimeters).
Pay attention to the E.T.R.T.O.
markings molded into your tire sidewalls to get an accurate indication of tire size
